Why Xplorer

Adventure, but properly hosted.

No fixed timetable. No 30-seater bus. Just a private Jeep, a host who knows the road, and a Cape day shaped around you.

Female-led guides

Our hosts are local Capetonians who know the back roads, the right tasting rooms, and when to skip the queues.

Properly private

Your Jeep, your route, your pace. No add-on guests, no shared schedule — couples, families and small groups only.

Real 4×4 capability

Open-top Jeeps maintained for off-road, with seats that face the view — not the next row of headrests.

No rushed timetable

If a stop is good, we stay. If a road is calling, we take it. The day breathes the way a private day should.

Guest letters

"The kind of day people
talk about after the flight home."

Honest words from recent guests.

"Our guide actually asked about our likes and dislikes before we set off — and the day completely shaped itself around that. We saw more of the Cape in eight hours than friends had in a week."

EM
Eleanor & MarkLondon · Mini Peninsula tour

"Beautifully run. Pickup was sharp, the Jeep was immaculate, and the wine route was paced exactly the way we wanted it. Felt like a private day, not a tourist activity."
